In the spirit of Acceptance v. Change, here is a helpful wheel of power & control.  Mindfully practice accepting the aspects outside of your power & control.  Worrying about these things only increase your anxiety & bring you distress.  On the other hand, empower yourself to only focus on what YOU can change. Additionally, do not underestimate the power of CONNECTION! Find meaning in new hobbies, free workouts, & Zoom dates with old friends.
